It started with one very specific request:

THE DELIVERY
Procurement delivered a baby seal instead of a stamp. He was eager to help, so the Bureau kept him.
THE FIRST SHIFT
From inside the glass, every visitor message looked backwards. He pressed FLIP until it looked perfect from his side.
THE RESULT
Visitors loved the mistake. The backwards-message window became an official Bureau service.
